1. The counter affidavit filed by Opposite Party No.2 confirms that Order No.

the disputes have been settled between the parties and a statement to that effect has also been made on affidavit before the Executive Magistrate, Cuttack.

2. Accordingly, the G.R. Case No.657 of 2013 pending in the Court of J.M.F.C., Salipur corresponding to Jagatpur P. S. Case No.201 of 2013 and all proceedings consequent thereupon including the order dated 25th February, 2014 taking cognizance are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
