Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for Petitioner says that he has not Order No.
taken proper instruction from the client and has hurriedly filed this writ petition. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. However, considering the request made by Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach this Court in appropriate time, in the event of any exigency. 2.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
