This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the notice issued against him in a proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C initiated by the Opposite Party-wife i.e. C.M.C. No.64 of 2012 pending in the court of J.M.F.C., Barbil.

None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called. On the earlier occasion also, none appeared for the Petitioner.

It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.

This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
