Heard Mr.T.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Das, learned counsel representing opposite party Nos. 1 and 2.

On instruction Mr.Das submits that the authorities have already received the amount and same has been deposited in the account of competent authority and prays for some time to disburse the same.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite parties to disburse the compensation amount in accordance with law within a period of one month from today. 5.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
