Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

Petitioner has the grievance involving rotation policy in the election to the Khandapada Panchayat Samiti. Looking to the development and as the election to the Members of Sarpanch is already over, for the opinion of this Court examination of such dispute is no more possible since the election involved is already concluded and cannot be interfered unless by entertaining election dispute. Further, for the opinion of this Court entertaining such issue and examining the same becomes academic. This Court here also takes into account the decision of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of N.P.Ponnuswami -Vrs.- Returning Officer, Namakkal Constituency, Namakkal, Salem Dist. & four Ors., reported in AIR 1952 SC 64. In the circumstance, this Court declines to entertain the writ petition any further which stands dismissed.
