This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Considering the nature of allegations, gravity of offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Chandabali, in G.R. Case No.56 of 2022 corresponding to Chandabali P.S. Case No.29 of 2022, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper with further conditions that they shall co-operate with the investigation as and when required and he shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or try to threaten or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. Violation of any of the terms and conditions shall entail cancellation of bail granted hereby. 4.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

As the restrictions due to the COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a soft copy of this order available in the High Court's website or print out thereof at par with
