Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 6277 of 2014 and batch (Madan Chandra Nayak v. Principal Secretary to Government of Orissa in Ministry of Water Resources Department and others), which was disposed of vide order dated 19.04.2022 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 19.04.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 6277 of 2014 and batch (Madan Chandra Nayak v. Principal Secretary to Government of Orissa in Ministry of Water Resources Department and others), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment. Accordingly, the order dated 02.08.2012 passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 1226 (C) of 2007 is hereby quashed. The opposite parties are directed to pay the financial benefits to the petitioner for the period from disengagement till reengagement, as mentioned in the aforesaid judgment. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
