02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. The petitioners being the co-sharers in a land acquired by the State, had filed W.P.(C) No.28978 of 2013 before this Court seeking a direction to the appropriate Court for appropriation of the amounts due on an application filed by the applicants under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

3. This Court vide order dated 22.01.2014 disposed of the aforesaid writ petition with a direction to the appropriate authority to decide the said application under Section 30 of the Act in accordance with law within a period of one month.

4. Learned counsel for the State points out that the orders stand complied with inasmuch as an order dated 07.11.2016 stands passed by the appropriate

// 2 // Court relegating the petitioners to seek their appropriate remedy before the civil court.

5. In view of the above, we find no grounds to pursue the contempt proceedings.

6. The CONTC is accordingly dismissed.
