1. It is seen from the affidavit filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Jajpur Police Station on 22nd September, 2014 that the chargesheet in the present case has already been filed on 10th April, 2012. Therefore, the subsequent order transferring the investigation to CID Crime Branch was cancelled by an office order dated 27th April, 2012.
2. In that view of the matter, at this stage, the Court is not inclined to interfere. All the other points that the Petitioner has raised in this petition are permitted to be urged at the appropriate stage before the trial Court. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
3. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
