Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Behera, learned ASC for the State.

Instant I.A. is filed for appropriate orders consequent upon the Court's direction dated 24th February, 2022 in W.P.(C) No. 3049 of 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite such an order in W.P.(C) No.3049 of 2022, the representation of the petitioner has not been dealt with and disposed of till now but his possession is likely to be disturbed in view of the recent attempt of the opposite parties to demolish the structures standing over the schedule land.

Perused the Court's order dated 24th February, 2022 in W.P.(C) No. 3049 of 2022. It is made to appear that by such an order, the representation was directed to be disposed of with the protection provided in favour of the petitioner. It is claimed that the direction issued therein is yet to be complied with but recently

it stood intervened by the coercive action which is contemplated by the State.

Having regard to the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, this Court is inclined to directs opposite party No.2 to ensure compliance of the direction issued in W.P.(C) No.3049 of 2022 within four weeks from today and till such time, to maintain status quo in respect of the plot in question and accordingly, it is ordered.

Consequently, the I.A. stands disposed of.
