From the order sheet, it appears that this Court vide order dated 30th April, 2019 while issuing notice to the Opposite Party granted interim stay operation of the order dated 17th January, 2019 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh in Crl.M.P. No. 138 of 2017. Thereafter, the matter is being adjourned either at the request of learned counsel for the Petitioner or due to his non-appearance. Therefore, it appears that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. 4.
