1. Learned counsel for both the parties state that the parties have Order No.

settled their disputes and they do not wish to proceed with the matter further. This is not disputed by learned counsel for the State.

2. Accordingly, S.T. Case No.83/273 of 2013 arising out of Astaranga P.S. Case No.38 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. Case No.282 of 2011 pending in the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge, Nimapara and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed. The CRLMC is disposed of.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
