Mr. Bhuyan, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client prays for relief of compensation. To that effect, his client made representation dated 10th July, 2019 to the Executive Engineer (opposite party no.3).

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be considered and dealt with.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with petitioner's said representation dated 10th July, 2019 (annexure-7). Within three weeks from communication, either compensation is to be paid or petitioner informed as to why not.

The writ petition is disposed of.
