This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In view of the order passed today in CMAPL NO. 450 of 2022, the writ petition is restored to file.

This writ petition has been filed assailing the notice dated 19th September, 2013 (Annexure-1) issued by the DIGPcum-Estate Officer, Bhubaneswar and consequential order passed in pursuance thereof directing the Petitioner to vacate the Government Family Quarter No.80 Type-I/Spl situated in Group Centre, CRPF, Bhubaneswar.

Mr. Parhi, learned Deputy Solicitor General submits that the Petitioner has already vacated the aforesaid quarters and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Mr. Ray, learned counsel for the Petitioner also concedes to the same.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
