2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Behera, learned Standing Counsel for the Transport Department.
3. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the show cause notice and certificate of recovery of arrears, vide Annexures-2 and 3 respectively.
4. Learned Standing Counsel for the Transport Department submits that the impugned order is appealable one and the appeal lies to the Transport Commissioner.
5. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court disposes of the writ petition giving liberty to the Petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority within thirty days hence assailing the impugned order, if so advised. If such an
// 2 // appeal is filed within the time stipulated, the appellate authority shall do well to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within one month thereafter and communicate the decision to the Petitioner.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
