Opposite Parties Mr. S. P. Panda, Advocate
CORAM:
DR. JUSTICE B.R. SARANGI MISS JUSTICE SAVITRI RATHO
ORDER
22.07.2022 Order No.
07.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard.
3.
The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to quash the order under Annexure-1, by which notice of termination of the dealership of the Petitioner has been issued, assigning the reason as to why the termination of the dealership of the petitioner shall not made. The Petitioner filed his reply and on consideration of the same, the order of termination was passed.
4.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that the order of termination was violative to the direction given by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 20270 of 2011 decided on 16.10.2012.
5.
On perusal of the order dated 16.10.2012 passed in W.P.(C) No. 20270 of 2011, it appears that this Court in the aforesaid order has directed the opposite parties to reconsider the matter afresh by affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner of being heard. Accordingly the notice was issued and the petitioner was permitted to file his reply. On
that basis the order of termination was passed. More so, the cancellation was made in the year 2013 and in the meantime more than nine years have been passed. No interim order had also been passed by this Court. 6.
In view of such position, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter. The Writ Petition merits no consideration and accordingly stands dismissed.
