Mr. J. Katikia, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that, the victim girl of the present case was recovered from Mathura on 9.02.2015 and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was thereafter recorded. At that time the victim was kept in short-stay home for some time and by now she must have been handed over in the custody of her parents. 5.
Regard being had to such submission by learned Additional Government Advocate, nothing remains to be
decided in the present case. Accordingly, the WPCRL is disposed of.
