This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to remove the pay anomaly and revise their pay w.e.f. 01.01.1997 as per the circulars issued from time to time and at par with the similarly situated employees of NALCO within a stipulated period.
4. In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners stated that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-10 series and the same may be directed to be considered taking into consideration Annexures-8 & 9 within a stipulated time.
5. Considering the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any
opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-10 series and pass appropriate order taking into consideration Annexrues-8 & 9 within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
