In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 14.11.2011 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No.1733 of 2002, wherein the Tribunal held that the application filed by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.

Since none is there on behalf of the petitioner to pursue the matter and as this is a year old case of 2012, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the same.

As the Original Application has become infructuous, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the same.
