This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Considering the nature of allegations, gravity of offence and the fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the learned S.D.J.M., Udala, in C.T. Case No.87 of 2022, arising out of Kaptipada P.S. Case No.26 of 2022, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper with further conditions that he shall co-operate with the investigation as and when required, shall appear before the concerned Police Station once in every fortnight till conclusion of trial and he shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or try to threaten or influence the witnesses in any manner whatsoever. Violation of any of the terms and conditions shall entail cancellation of bail granted hereby.
