This matter is taken up through video conference mode. Order No.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

A serious allegation is made by the Petitioner that in spite of approaching of the Petitioner in Mutation Case No.1623/2011, Record of Right is not corrected accordingly. 4.
The Petitioner's repeated personal approach to the concerned Tahasildar remains unheard. In the circumstance, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, in the event any order in Mutation Case No.1623/2011 still operates, decision, as appropriate be taken by the Tahasildar, Mahakalpara for correcting the Record
// 2 // of Right involved herein by completing the entire exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
