This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The order passed by the GRF is to be challenged before the Ombudsman. We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition, in view of alternative remedy available.

The petitioner, if so advised, may move the Ombudsman for redressal of it's grievance.

4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.

5.

Till the petitioner moves the Ombudsman or for a period of one month, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.

6.

Urgent certified copy of this Order be granted as per rules. ...............................
