Mr. S. Behera, learned counsel states that the brief has been transferred from his office and he has no instructions in the matter. Therefore, the names of M/s. Shashi B. Jena and associates may be deleted from the cause list. 3.

Since it is an year old matter, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned, if any cause of action still survives.
