The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to correct the R.O.R. in terms of the order dated 18th January, 2012 passed by the Tahasildar, Mahakalpara in Mutation Case No. 1622 of 2011.

In course of hearing, Mr. Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 4.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
