1.The Petitioners' representation at Annexure-6 will be examined by the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Angul (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party Nos.4 & 5 and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 14th November, 2022. The said order shall be communicated to the parties not later than 21st November, 2022. If aggrieved, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
