This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.4 to return his security deposit amount of Rs.57,02,200/- along with advance deposit of Rs.10,00,000/- with 12 % interest immediately. 3.

As it appears, the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.18586 of 2021 for return of security amount deposited vide M.R. No.72/860589 dated 15.12.2020 of Tahasildar, Tangarpali in respect of Remenda Sand Bed and this Court, vide order dated 02.07.2021, disposed of the said writ petition directing opposite party no.2-Collector, Sundargarh to examine the representation of the petitioner after giving him opportunity of hearing and pass a reasoned order with intimation to the petitioner. Pursuant thereto, opposite party no.2 has considered the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-5 dated 16.08.2021 instructing opposite party no.4-Tahasildar, Tangarpalli to write a

letter to the Government in Revenue and Disaster Management Department to obtain permission for refund of security deposit amount in respect of Remenda Sand Bed in favour of the petitioner.

In view of such position, this Court directs opposite party no.4-Tahasildar, Tangarpalli to comply with the order dated 26.08.2021 passed by the Collector, Sundargarh in Annexure-5 to the writ petition as expeditiously as possible.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
