This application has been filed by the petitioner-husband under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of Criminal Proceeding No.41 of 2021 filed by the opposite party-wife under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar, to the Court of learned Judge Family Court, Bhadrak.

Md. Madani, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo stating that the file has been returned to the petitioner with "No objection" for engagement of any other counsel. Hence, his name may not be reflected as learned counsel for the petitioner. The memo be kept on record.

Mr. Anoop Mishra, learned counsel files Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner alongwith a memo stating that the petitioner does not want to proceed with the case any further and the case may be permitted to be withdrawn.
