Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has been acquitted vide judgment dated 31st May, 2022 passed by the learned A.D.J.-cum-Special Judge, Rayagada in T.R. Case No.18 of 2021. She has also produced the certified copy of the judgment, which is taken on record.

In view of such submission, this Criminal Appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
