Let two extra copies of the appeal Memo be served on learned Additional Government Advocate, who shall intimate the IIC of the concerned Police Station, who in turn shall intimate the informant about her right to oppose the bail of the Petitioner by appearing either physically or through virtual mode before this Court. Further, she may take legal help by approaching the District Legal Services Authority.
