Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client filed misc. case before Collector and District Magistrate, Nayagarh. Prayer was for demarcation and compensation. He seeks direction upon the authority for early disposal of the misc. case.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, six weeks time be directed for disposal of the Misc. Case no.26 of 2021. Opposite party no.2 is directed to deal with and dispose of Misc. Case no.26 of 2021 within six weeks from date.
