This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. B.P. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-petitioners.

At the outset, there is a claim by learned counsel for the opposite parties that similar orders of the Tribunal having been challenged by the State Authority in W.P.(C) No. 4099 of 2021, a Coordinate Bench in dismissal of the writ petition has confirmed the order of the Tribunal and the order in W.P.(C) No. 4099 of 2021 has application to the case at hand.

There is no dispute to such development by the learned Additional Government Advocate.

For dismissal of W.P.(C) No. 4099 of 2021 dated 20.04.2021 involving similar issue and for there is no dispute to such development by the counsel for the petitioners, we find, the order of the Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No. 4099 of 2021 covers the case of the O.Ps. In the circumstances, we do not find any merit in the writ petition to be entertained, which is dismissed accordingly. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
