This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for both the parties and perused the records.

This is an application under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail. 4.
Considering the nature of allegations, gravity of offence and fact of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned S.D.J.M.,Puri in G.R.Case No.3252 of 2021 arising out of Baselisahi P.S.Case No.180 of 2021, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned S.D.J.M. may deem just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with
