Heard Mr. D.R. Bhokta, learned Central Government Counsel for petitioner No.1.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.08.2012 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 582 of 2010 by which the Tribunal had directed the petitioners to verify the report obtained by the applicantopposite parties for the period 01.04.2008 to 17.08.2008 and to compare the same with the report for the period 18.08.2008 to 31.03.2009. In case the report of the applicant-opposite parties for the above period has been rated as Very Good that the Tribunal would not hesitate to uphold the rating Very Good given by the Reporting Officer for the period 18.08.2008 to 31.03.2009. The said order is the subject matter of challenge before this Court.

Though this petition has been filed in the year, 2014, till date no notice has been issued. In the meantime, more than 8 years have been elapsed.

Since the direction of the tribunal is very clear, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 6.

The writ petition stands disposed of directing the petitioners to comply with the order passed by the Tribunal. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
