Learned counsel for the Petitioner on instruction submits that the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhol has heard the matter on metirs and orders have been passed.

Considering the limited grievance in the present petition, the same is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to assail the order passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhole in the light of direction of this Court dated 3.03.2020 independently, if so advised.
