1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. It is apparent to us that for the decision of the apex Court in respect of the challenge to the constitutionality of the various provisions of the Special Courts Act, 2006 (Odisha Act 9 of 2007) and the decision in Yogendra Kumar Jaiswal Etc. vs. State of Bihar and others, (2016) 63 OCR (SC) 426, the Petitioner has lost interest in the litigation that apart, Mr. S. Das, learned Senior Standing Counsel (Vigilance) has stated that the interim measure as was allowed by this Court for a period of a month has expired without any prayer of renewal. None appears today to represent the cause of the Petitioner.
