1. Arising out of the same proceedings, the husband had filed CRLMC No.1732 of 2013, which was disposed of by this Court by the order dated 7th August, 2014 recording the compromise between the parties. Accordingly, the present petition is also disposed of in the same terms.

2. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
