This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

The petitioner stated to have availed a Cash Credit facility for a sum of Rs.4 lakhs approximately from UCO Bank, Bahanaga Branch, Balasore in the year 2008 for using the same for poultry farm business. Due to financial indiscipline, recovery process under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 had been initiated.
3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the parties state that the present writ petition has become infructuous as upon payment of the outstanding amounts, the loan account stands closed.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
