Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client made representation dated 19th January, 2022 to Superintendent of Police, Jajpur seeking police protection. He seeks direction upon Superintendent of Police, Jajpur for dealing with such representation and providing his client police protection. 2.

Mr. Panda learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, representation is in connection with an FIR.

It appears that petitioner seeks action from the police, which is within the administrative domain of the police authority. The representation, therefore, can be considered by the Superintendent of

In event the authority finds petitioner's case is not fit for direction of police protection being given, administrative procedure based on which the finding is made, should be informed to petitioner. The representation be dealt with within two weeks from communication of this order.
