1. An affidavit has been filed by Opposite Party No.2 stating that she has settled all the disputes with her husband, i.e., the Petitioner and is staying at her in-law's village peacefully and that she is not willing to proceed with the criminal case.
2. The abovementioned fact is not disputed by learned counsel for the State.
3. In that view of the matter, the proceedings arising out of Cuttack Sadar P.S. Case No.250 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1169 of 2013 pending before the J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack and all proceedings consequent thereof are hereby quashed.
4. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of.
5. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
