Perused the record. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Party-Bank to settle the loan account of the Petitioner vide A/c. No.30489414739 pertaining to her daughter and not to deduct the loan installment unauthorizedly from her salary account.

Since it is an old case of the year 2014 and none appears for the Petitioner to prosecute the case and in the meantime, near about eight years have been passed, this Court is not inclined to grant further adjournment. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
