This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the action of the opp. parties regarding deduction of amount from its R/A bills for decrease of the rate of certain materials without making payment of the price escalation amount admissible as per law and contract in connection with Agt. No.60P1 of 2014-15.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No.330 of 2013 and batch (All Orissa Contractors Association, Bhubaneswar v. State of Odisha and others), which was disposed of vide order dated 25.04.2018 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 25.04.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.330 of 2013 and batch, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
