Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the tender call notice under Annexure-3 dated 22.03.2013 so far it relates to BMC, Balianta of Khordha district. 5.

It is stated that by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
