The matter is taken up on through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

Looking to the grievance of the petitioners involving Annexure-5 and the grounds made herein, this Court finds as a matter of first state, petitioners should satisfy the authority issuing Annexure-5 for their challenge to the demand under Annexure-5. In the process, in disposal of the writ petition, this Court permits the petitioners to raise their objection to the demand in Annexure-5 to the competent authority at least within a period of seven days hence, in such event the authority issuing the demand vide Annexure-5 shall take a decision on the grievance of the petitioners on the maintainability of such demand at least undertaking the exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioners, however involving opportunity, if any to the petitioners. For a period of six weeks, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners involving Annexure-5.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated
