Mr. Panigrahi, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client sought compensation for damage caused by super cyclone 'Fani'. His client made representation dated 16th September, 2019 to Collector, Puri (Opposite party no.2). The representation has not been dealt with.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, opposite party no.2, on being directed will deal with representation. 3.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 16th September, 2019 (annexure-7). Petitioner will approach said opposite party with copy of the

// 2 // representation and this order. Said opposite party will deal with the representation. Either compensation will be paid or if it is refused reasons for rejection of the claim made known to petitioner within three weeks of communication.
