This matter is taken up through video conference mode. Order No.

Heard further submission of the Parties.

Undisputedly, there is a notice of eviction at Page-36 of the Brief. Therefore, it is not a case that there has been attempt for eviction without following due process of law. Be that as it may, in the event the Petitioner is still in occupation of the disputed land and no eviction has taken place as of now, it may be open to the Petitioner to raise her protest before the Commissioner, Sambalpur Municipal Corporation within seven days from today and in such event the Commissioner is directed to take decision, as appropriate,

// 2 // on the allegation of the Petitioner within a period of one and half months from the date of raising of such protest but however involving the Petitioner.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
