Mr. S. Roy, learned Counsel states that he has got instructions to appear on behalf of the Opposite Party and, as such, he has already filed Vakalatnama before the Registry. 3.

Heard Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate and Mr. S. Roy, learned Counsel appearing for the Opposite Party. 4.

It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 1805 of 2018 (State of Orissa and others v. Prasanna Kumar Samal), which was dismissed on 05.05.2022.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the Order dated 05.05.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 1805 of 2018 (State of Orissa and others v. Prasanna Kumar Samal), this Writ Petition stands dismissed in terms of the said Order.
