This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. G. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. P. P.Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State Opposite Parties.

The Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to Opposite Parties Nos.4 to 6 to provide them post study placement and opposite party nos. 2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against Opposite Parties Nos.4 to 6.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already made representation before opposite party no.3-The Secretary, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship vide Annexure-6 Series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time. 5.
Considering the contentions raised by learned counsel for the petitioners and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure-6 series and
pass appropriate order as early as possible preferably within a period of three moths from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
