1. The statement of the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stating that she went of her own to the Petitioner's house is placed on record.

2. The above fact is not disputed by Mr. Katikia, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

3. In that view of the matter, all proceedings arising out of Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No.35 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.90 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Dhenkanal are hereby quashed.

4. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
