Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

For the finality of the encroachment proceeding vide Encroachment Case No.272 of 2020 and petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.999/- along with further sum of Re.1/- by way of penalty on 7.10.2020, there is no scope for entertaining the application for settlement involving such dispute keeping in view the provision under Section 8-A of the O.P.L.E. Act. In the circumstance, this Court finds there is no scope for entertaining such writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
