This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner, who is working as Gram Rojgar Sevak (GRS) is that he is not being promoted to the rank of Panchayat Executive Officer though his juniors have already been promoted to the said rank.

It is seen that ventilating his grievance, the petitioner had made a representation before the Collector-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Jajpur (Opposite Party No.3) dtd. 16.11.2021 vide Annexure-8.

Considering limited nature of grievance, it is directed that the the Collector-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Jajpur (Opposite Party No.3) shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-8 within a period of six weeks from the

date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate the result thereof to the petitioner and others concerned.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
